How to do a poll using email in Outlook 2000?

I would like to conduct a poll for my team using the email in Outlook 2000.
 
In your new message window, click View, Options. Use a checkmark in "Use
Voting Buttons" under Voting and Tracking Options. In the drop down menu
box, you can type the voting options you want to poll your users.
