Rather than have the server push updates for newly received e-mails, I'd
rather revert to the old scheme of polling the server for new messages.
IDLE support in OL2013 is flaky. I won't bother describing all the
symptoms since anyone that wants that info can search online to find all
the problems with Outlook 2013's IDLE support.
