create EWF volume after FBA

Is it possible to create a EWF volume after FBA execution?
My problem is that during FBA execution, the creation of EWF volume
fails because of disk overlay absence.

Just Try:
C:\Windows\System32\rundll32 ewfdll.dll ConfigureEwf
C:\Windows\System32\ewfmgr.exe c: -enable
