BSOD 0x8E after reboot in EWF DISK MODE

Hello,

I'm a beginner in building an XPe OS.
I started with the guides in the Windows Embedded Studio Help.
But now I have some problems with the EWF DISC MODE.
The EWF RAM MODE is working fine. But the EWF DISC MODE is not working.

The FBA works and finished without problems. After FBA I'm able to login
the system as Administrator.

I check the EWF-Volume, if it's enabled with ewfmgr d:. The programm
tells me that it is.
Then I restart the PC. And after the "boot-screen" I get a BSOD with
0x8E ( 0xC0000005, ...). This is a STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION (memory
access violation aoccured).

At the first partition on my harddisk I'm runnig XP Prof. There I'm able
to delete my overlay and then XPe starts normal. But then I'm not able
to enable EWF. Sure, I deleted the volume! ;-)

But why am I not able to reboot my XPe with EWF enabled after FBA???
What have I done wrong?

Here is my configuration:

XPe with SP2 (build 2600.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158(Service Pack 2))
10 GByte HDD
Partition 1: 4.5 GByte with XP Prof. installed
Partition 2: 996 MByte for XPe

EWF-Configuration:
EWF-Volume configuration:
Maximum Number of Protected Vollumes: 1
Maximum Number of Overlay Levels: 1
EWF Partionon Size in KBytes: 15000000 (1.5 GByte)

Protected Volume #1
Start EWF Enabled: YES
Enable Lazy Write: NO
Disk Number: 0
Partition Number: 2
Disk Type: IDE
Overlay Type: DISK
Use Less Overlay Space & Less Writes

I hope, somebody is able to help me!

Thanx,

Dennis
