Some directories disappear after commit on EWF filter

Hello,
I have an XPe Feature Pack 2007 with a filter (EWF one compact Flash
with HDD)
I'm having some problem with this EWF. When I run the command « commit
» and I restart XPe. Some directories disappear. They were present
before enabling the EWF on partition but some files was updated.
Can you tell me if you have ever had this problem?

Could you please share your EWF configuration information. Share the output
of the following commands

ewfmgr.exe
[This will provide the overlay configuration]

ewfmgr.exe /all
[This will provide the protected volume configuration]

Also , try running chkdsk (after disabling EWF) to scan for any corruption
issues

For the Chkdsk, is to late, for next time if append !
