Xpe reboot when i browse the Cf or plug an usb key ??

Hi all,

Embedded system is running with a Icop panel pc cpu vortex pdx-057T. The
image was builded with Xpe FP2007 with Xpe Rollup1,Rollup1Api on 4giga ntfs
Lexar Cf
Here the end of the fba log.
I suspected the bloody ewf configuration.
In the setting of the ewf filter, the check box "start ewf enable" was
clear.
ewfmgr c: is not functioning.

From the log it appears that EWF was not able to create the EWF partition.
This can be due to one of the following reasons

(1) Your CF card does not support creating additional partitions. In this
case use RAM-REG mode instead of RAM mode. RAM-REG does not need an
additional partition to store configuration information.
(2) Your CF supports additional partitions but you did not leave enough
unpartitioned space on your disk. This is necessary to allow EWF setup to
create its custom partition. For RAM mode , few mega bytes of unpartitioned
space is sufficient.

You right, i left 1 giga on my unpartitioned free space Cf and then ewf
works.
But i'm still fighting with my reboot system.

Could you please elaborate your reboot problem ? It looks like you are
hitting a bluescreen which is causing a reboot . To analyze the bluescreen
you need to connect a kernel debugger to the machine. If you have done that
please share the output of "!analyze -v"

Could you please elaborate your reboot problem ? It looks like you are
hitting a bluescreen which is causing a reboot . To analyze the bluescreen
you need to connect a kernel debugger to the machine. If you have done that
please share the output of "!analyze -v"

Hi all,

I didn t get blue screen of death when the device rebooted, neither a dump
in \windows\Minidump.
Maybe the setting in the bios with th Cf (Pci ide bus master: enable or
desable ??)
