Crashing

My computer keeps crashing and so far all the help I've
gotten my HP hasn't helped. When it turns back on I get a
message that says: The System has recovered from a
serious error. Does anyone else have this problem? What
can I do about it?

Hi Sophia,

Error messages are our friends, they tell us what is wrong. To say your
system is crashing and not tell us why is like hearing that someone was
shot, but with no details as to who, where, and why. Please read this:


Then start/run eventvwr.msc and get some details from the system and
application logs to post back with.
