Crash/Reinstall/Missing items System Tools+Adm Tools

Had a crash - new motherboard,processor and more - W2k
would not run - did repair and to reinstall...
NOW - Things missing in Accessories/System Tools,
Entertainment (no games) - Control Panel = administrative
tools empty...
How can I fix this???
