I reformatted my harddrive and reinstalled w2k. When I go
into Control Panel and click on Administrator Tool it is

What happens if you logon as a new user? Right-click the Task
Bar|Properties|Advanced, then check the box for "Display Administrative
Tools"

If no joy then you'll likely need to recreate the shortcuts to them. Here
are the shortcut names and targets.
