Program missing in 'Start>All Programs'

After uninstalling a third party software,
http://www.dragonbackmedia.com/

Programs in Start>All Programs, gone missing about 60% of it. The programs
are still in the harddisk desinated folder, just that the listing has
disappear.
Even Windows custom software has disappear, eg. Start>All
Programs>Accessories>System tools>(all has disappear) and another example
Start>All Programs>Accessories>Communications>(empty too). Another example,
Start>All Programs>Games>(empty, not even a single program).

How to retrieve all the listing? I have done 'System Restore' it did not
help at all. What I did futher, is to reinstall those softwares that I had,
to recover the program listing. That is too much of work. Need help, thanks.
