Start ==> All Programs---Missing Programs

When I click on Start and then All Programs, the list is missing some of the
programs I have installed.

How can I get them to show up in the All Programs list???

Navigate to the program's folder, right click the "<program name>.exe", click
"Create Shortcut".
Move the shortcut to Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs.
(You can rename the shortcut if you desire, or at least lose the "shortcut
to" part.)
