Restoring a program to the 'All Programs' list

I recently added the 'Disk Cleanup' program to the Quick Launch toolbar. I
did this by clicking on Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools and
dragging the Disk Cleanup icon to the Quick Launch toolbar. The icon duly
appeared there (and I can start the program from there) - but now it has
disappeared from the All Programs listing where I dragged it from! Can
anyone suggest how to restore the program to the All Programs listing?

I didn't think this was possible, but it is if you get the sequence right.
My mistake was trying to open the "All Programs" menu first. If you right
click the icon first, then move the icon shadow over All Programs /
Accessories / System Tools, you can drop it back (and it stays on the Quick
Launch toolbar). Thanks.

Drag it out to the Desktop. Then drag it back first to the QL bar, and
then to wherever you want it in All Programs (standard is in Accessories
- System Tools). Once present in both you can delete from the Desktop

This is related, but may be a little trickier. I moved my Microsoft Office
Icon from All Programs to the desktop (ok... I have been a lifelong MAC guy
and I am used to mindlessly moving stuff around alot) and now I want to move
it back, as it is NOT a "shortcut" and I want all users to be able to run it.
How do I do this??

Right click on the Start button. Open or Explorer All Users. Drag from the
desktop.
