cpu 100% utilization

Downloaded all latest security patches and tried changing advanced settings.
Working on new hp laptop with centrino chip and 1.25gig RAM. Once 100% cpu
utilization kicks in, my available RAM starts going down until it reaches
less than 5% available RAM at about 40megs, then, windows is almost unusable
unless I close all my ie and Word screens and restart. Ideas on how to fix
this since Microsoft patches obviously have not solved the problem?

thanks kindly,

Hi CEO,
Your computer is infested with Malware/Graywares and Viruses, this which
sound to me henec you said MS secuirty Patches, this not enough to secure
your Laptop from Hacker and Spammers and Packet dropers.
Try to be sure that your computer not infected and clean by runing scan on
line and Anti-spayware removal tools from here:
One step before doing a scan online, Press CTRL+DEL+ALT and see which
Proceesor is taken the most of the CPU Usage and Ended it.
Hope this helps
