Could not start Event Logger

Hi everyone,
I just started getting an error on startups.
The error is "Could not start Event Logger", the error comes up even if i
start in safe mode, if any one knows how i can try to fix this could the
please tell me.

Start the computer in Safe mode and do a System Restore.
