Could it be updated by Windows Update ?

After it's dead, as I understand, you will not be able to launch MSAS so
quarantined items will be out of reach.

This time bomb is scheduled during summer holidays. A lot of people will not
be near their box the few days before it appens.

Should MS team consider an update with Windows update scheduled for August's
patch day?

We have not announced timing of RTW, and we are still planning a beta 2. And
while I am here dispelling rumors, we are also aware of the July 31 timebomb
and are working on an update to extend that date.

I agree theire is no timing already announced. My question was "what could
be done for people who will be away from their PC between the release of
Beta2 and july 31st ?". Obviously they will need something else than
something inside MSAS.
