Copy .pst in .bat file and redirect Outlook on notebook to .pst on

Can anyone please help me? I know there is a problem syncronizing Outlook
but I really don't need to enter Outlook data on my networked computers. I
just need my networked computers to view the Outlook data that is entered on
my main server computer. I might want to handle this two ways. First, I
have the .pst file in Network Neighborhood but I'm not sure how to point my
networked systems to look at this .pst file on the network in Outlook. How
do I do this (if possible)? Also, I might want to copy the .pst file from
network neighborhood to a networked computer's disk. Can anyone tell me how
to set up a small .bat file that would copy a file from one directory to
another. I've never done this before. Please help! Thanks!

You would be FAR FAR better off installing a mail server on your Server.
There are some free ones about. (Presumably as you are looking at this you
don't need to share calendars).

Thanks for the suggestion. We are moving to a new software package in the
future that will integrate calendars, etc.. but while we are still utilizing
Outlook it would be nice to have an automated copy in a .bat that everyone
just double clicked and it copied the latest over their .pst or even if you
can point all networked systems to the network neighborhood .pst file that
would be even better. I don't know if this would be possible. Please help!!
Thanks!
