coping a file for my fax from a windows xp i dont have

HI can you help? to get my fax to work it's telling me it needs to copy a fiole from my winows xp service pack 1 cd disc...but i dont have one..it needs to copy from d:\i386 can i down load this from somewere? HELP PLEASE

If you have the service pack the file will on your hard drive in a file similar to
this:
C:\I386
