In the last few months my computer wil just suddenly stop
taking cookies (at least that's what I think it's doing)
I'll go to a web forum & open posts with pictures & it'll
save the cookies so next time I open that post the picture
will open quickly.

Then with no warning it'll suddenly stop taking new
cookies, the older posts with pictures will still come up
fast but new ones don't, every time I open a post (even if
I've opened it before & let the picture completely open)
the picture will load like I've never seen it before (very
frustrating on dial up!!)

I've tried lowering my security level & making more disc
space availible for cookies & deleting the old cookies but
nothing helps.

I have to reformat my hard drive & reinstall windows t get
it to start saving cookies again.
It then works fine for a month or so then stops taking
cookies again & I have to start all over again!!
it's a giant pain & I'm hoping some one can tell me how to
fix this problem.
Thanks

I think he means to say that the temporary Internet cache is
full, save your pictures that you want to keep, then open
Tools/Internet Options and delete temp files (at mid-page)
You can set the cache to a larger size.
