If they're not still in your Recycle Bin (open it, find the files,
right-click and then click Restore), you'll need to use an undelete utility
to try and restore them.
It all depends on how you deleted the cookies. If you used IE (Internet
Explorer)
and clicked "Delete Cookies" they do not go to the Recycle Bin, they are
gone, period. If you rightclicked them using Windows Explorer, they should be
in the Recycle Bin. There you can restore them.
