Lost my cookies

Somehow my cookie folder got lost!

Cookies folders are in place for other users, just not me.

How do I set up a new folder and go about finding whatever cookies have been
added to system and corralling them?

I discovered this because the system is a bit slow and this is usually
improved by deleting almost all my cookies. Went to do so and found no
cookie folder. What to do?

Have you installed IE7? If you did the cookie folder was changed a bit. now
to see it you have to untick "Show Hidden Files and Folders" and "Hide
Protection Operating System Files" in the Tools, Folder Options, View menu
to see the cookie folder.

i lost my cookies once.

It happen to me too since I installed IE7. Thank for the advice. I unticked
on "Hide Protection Operating System Files" and given a warning display about
it can harm my operation system so I open the cookie folder under my name and
checking the cookie I need to remove as Spyware Doctor (trail version) they
show up the lists that should be remove. I look into the cookie folder and
guess what?

Cannot find the cookies that Spyware Doctor detected them in the scan result.

Where are they? I did looked in Temp's cookie and Internet Temp's Cookie and
My name's cookie.. still not there?

Could they perhaps have been deleted by Spyware Doctor?
