ContextState Failed

Hello all & thanks for your help:

I am new to this Pc thing and I have a problem that I
can't seem to figure out.... Every time I use my PC I get
a memory dump. It says that there
are "Multiple_IRP_Complete_Requests" And then it
reboots. Can someone please help. This is very annoying,
and frustrating. I will supply more info if needed. Thanks
again.

More info IS needed, suggest you provide:
1) brief description of your PC hardware
2) which operating system, and service pack (if any)?
3) is this a single installation, or are you part of a network?
4) what level of permissions are you logging on with?
5) what do you mean by 'ContextState'?
6) does this happen just after you log on, or later?
7) any other info you think is revelant
