contents of window

I would like to be able to view the contents of a window
while dragging it in windows xp. When i go to change
these settings it works fine but after a reboot or
shutdown, the settings for the windows resets itself and
all i see is an outline instead of the whole window. How
can i fix this? I've updated my video card drivers and
still don't know what to do? thanx

Do you have a Dell? The unpleasant program Dell Media Experience has
been implicated in causing these sorts of problems. If you have a Dell
and this fits your circumstances, uninstall the Dell Media Experience.
