Contacts in Outlook do not show up

Just installed Outlook 2007 and am running under Vista. Imported all my
contacts. All contacts show up at the contacts tab. When sending new e-mail
no contacts show up in the address book/To/cc/Bcc.

Importing is never the way to access data from a prior version of Outlook.
