Importing addresses into Outlook 2007 - No address when clicking "

I have imported email addresses from OE6 and have also tried importing from
OE6 through WIndows Mail into Outlook 2007. I seem to have the addresses in
Outlook Contacts if I click on Contacts, but when sending a message, the
address list does not show up to select an addressee. However, if I start
typing, Outlook will start to autofill the address against the contacts I
have.

Any ideas how to get Outlook to recognize the Contacts list when I click to,
cc, or bcc? I assume some connection I must have missed when converting, but
I've been trying different things for weeks to no avail. I am on Win 7.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The list doesnt show when you click To, just a search box, selecting Name
Only (at the top) will populate the list
