Hi everyone,

I got an issue with my contact in Outlook 2003. When I want to send a
new message and I click on the button "TO" my contact does not show
up. So I have to go and select in the right corner in the drop down
list and select my contact.

Here is what I did an didn't work :
I went to contact, Under "My Contact" select the contact group, then
right click, properties, Outlook adress book, then I check the box,
then apply.

Can anyone help me with that ?

Try this:

- Click on Tools -> Address Book.
- Once in the Address Book, click on Tools -> Options.
- In the "Show this address list first" field, select your Contacts from
your Outlook Address book in the drop-down list.
- Click OK to exit the addressing options, and then exit the Address book.

Now when you click the To: button it should go directly to your Contacts.

Have you selected "suggest names...." in Tools, Options, email options,
advanced email options? The list is dynamic and remembers addresses you typed
before. If you know the person is in your address book, type a few letters of
the address & click on Check Names on the menu to pull up the addresses that
match the first few letters you have typed.
