Invisible contacts folder

Jim S

Outlook 2010
I have my contacts in folders under My Contacts
When I compose an email and click on 'TO' I have the option to choose a
folder and from that select one or more recipients
EXCEPT one of the folders never shows up as an option.
It is there, I can go to it from the Contacts button and edit the entries.
How do I get it back in the list of address books?
