turn on your firewall

Hi
The firewall is on and upto date. - symantic.
Any idea how i can see whats downloading?

yes . i have all the new sp2 features. It seemed to start though 2 weeks ago
when i first tried to download sp2 and i wonder if I'm downloading a bigger
microsoft file in error.
I went in updated the sp2 file last week in about half an hour. The other
stuff is still coming down the line though.

Regards
Matt

If you figure this one out make sure to post here. I am having the same
problem. 2 firewalls up and a constant download is still going on. Ran 3
spyware sweepers and 2 virus scanners. Next thing Ill probably do is start
turning off processes to see if that works.

Done. svchost.exe if shutdown stops my downloading. but it just restarts
again a few minutes later.

If you want to know who from then go to start run and type cmd. In that DOS box
type netstat -a and you will see a list people and programs interfering with
your computer. If Zone Alarm is running properly you can stop them all.
