Updates!?

Hi!
I found that i had some spywares on my computer which had hanged on my os
system, fortunately i have found a right program and successfuly removed
them =()
Anyway, that wasn't the thing which is blocking my computer functions when i
connect to the internet, when, everything becomes slow and eventully it
blocks.
I found that some updates are downloading themselves without my permission,
because i adjusted windows defender to ask me for every definitions, updates
download, so it's something else, not known to me.
The icon for this download is in the right-bottom corner, it's yellow shield
with exclamation mark. What to do? I lost my mind already, i went crazy with
the spyware...

Moreover, i have a iastore.sys (file)not found when i try to start recovery
console, so maybe it's connected?
I'm using win Xp pro.

most of the time removing
the cause of the infection is
not enough, since system files
may have become corrupted and
dysfunctional and cannot be
replaced or repaired by your
antiviral.

i suggest to insert your windows
cd and at the run command
run the setup and do a "repair install"
or
run sfc /scannow

here is some info:
