i have hard time getting on internet -- says IE does can not display this
webpage (or something like that) -- I use Vista 64 bit. I also can not
download any attachments on my emails ~NOTHING! I tried fixing it with a
self-help diagnostics, but it says I do not have Outlook Express. My
security program says it's a Microsoft problem. HELP plez.

Ok, attachments can wait -- connectivity is a REAL problem. The only way I
can get on is to turn off my modem, wait 30 secs and turn it back on -- if I
get on after all the lights are lit, then I can usually get on -- but once I
turn the pc off and back on again -- same old connect problem. Again, my
security program tech supp says it's MICROSOFT/WINDOWS problem -- so what do
I do? Laura

I printed off support instructions and followed it step by step -- I thought
I'd done all these multiple times -- but the one thing that I did this time
that was different was -- I clicked on Tools, Internet Options, Browsing and
deleted FORMS -- that seemed to help??? So far, I can get one without
problems and it's going faster between pages -- so far so good.

Now, still don't know why I can't download attachments on Email??
