CONNECTION PROBLEM AFTER REINSTALL OF AOL 9.0

I uninstalled AOL from my computer, reboot and reinstalled AOL 9.0:

NOW I have two Aol connection problems, the first being when I open AOL to
start setup a windows installer starts up trying to install "DIGITLMG" which
it is unable to complete because it can not find the file. Why is this
happening and how do i fix it ?
Secondly, AOL will not even download the access numbers. It detects the
proper modem, asks for my area code, dials out to retrieve the access
numbers, gives the message that it is now retrieving the access numbers, and
then returns me to the area code screen with a message that says AOL needs
more info. What caused this problem and how do I resolve it ?

I'm afraid you'll need to contact AOL's tech support for resolution
of problems with (or caused by) their product; Microsoft has no
control over AOL's product quality (or lack thereof).
