connect to PC using remote desktop connection when firewall turned

We perform a lot of stuff within our company by using remote desktop
connection. My question is:
Is there a way or command used to connect to a PC using remote desktop
connection when they have their firewall on.

Have them allow Remote Desktop through their firewall (port 3389.)
