confirm stream loss- help!

Hello
When I try to copy a folder of pictures onto CD I get a pop up which states, Confirm Stream Loss, 'thumbs' has extra info. attached that might be lost..etc... It only pops up when I want to copy a folder but everything works fine when I copy pictures individually. Please help, how do I get rid of this problem? Any and all information is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Don't multipost (i.e., spew out separate posts into multiple newsgroups for
the same message). Crosspost instead (where you list the multiple
newsgroups in the To field when you compose just the one copy of your
message). Crossposting allows all replies to be displayed no matter which
newsgroup you are in. Then we respondents don't waste time repeating the
research and writing an answer that someone has already provided. You get
to see all the replies together that got posted across the various
newsgroups. And so do we.
