confirgure hotmail in outlook express

Good day,

I want to configure my hotmail account in outlook express
but it keep showing an error as followed.

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server.
Account: 'Hotmail',
Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp
', Protocol: HTTPMail, Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x80042007

it also show me an pop up message like "this service does
not work with outlook express'

Can anyone please advise me how to solve this problem?

Configure Hotmail in OE -

Also.....
1. IE6 Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Edit> type in

hotmail.com
msn.com

and Allow All Cookies for each, in turn.

2. IE6 Tools>Internet Options>Security>[zone in which OE runs; should be
Restricted Sites]>Customize>User Authentication> try "Automatic Logon
only
in Intranet Zone" or "Anonymous Logon".

3. OLEXP: Outlook Express Cannot Connect to Hotmail through Proxy Server
(see if your ISP started using one in August)
