Windows XP Configuring firewall ... but i don't have one

Lol !!! I don't have windows firewall on ...

I am trying to download the update for World of Warcraft ... but it's saying i need to configure my firewall ... i don't know of a firewall that i am behind of ?!?1

lol Please help as i want to play WoW !!!

Manualy download the update from the website insted of going through the auto update.

You have norton personal firewall installed. disable it

i wouldn't disable it completely, jut add the website to your allowed list

How do i do that ?!?1 And i thought i uninstalled Norton ! lol

check under add/remove programs in the control panel, if it is still installed find the folder it is in and run it, then higlight the parental controls and disable it if it is on and try again if it does't work and you dont want it uninstall and try

also what is the update ?, i'll try and find a direct download
