Configure Outlook on my Laptop

I have the Following Issue. I want to Replicate mi work email in my Personal
laptop.
In the company that i work for use the followinf specification.
Outlok 2003
Microsoft Exchage Server

I have in mi laptop.
Outlook 2007

How can i replicate the same enviroment from my desktop to my laptop
and wen i mean replicate is that the rules and everething is the same in the

computers
