Confidential folder

In Outlook 2003 my assistant has been granted Editor access/permissions to my
contacts, calendar, and all email folders. There is one folder named
Confidential that she should not have access to, however. This folder is not
under the Inbox but is in the "root" of my profile. We are on an Exchange
environment over our corporate network. Can I restrict her from this one
folder and if so, how? Thank you.

Simply revoke the permissions on the folder; right click the folder->
properties-> tab Permissions

"I didn't think I had the option to select individual files within Outlook."
No, it works on folder level, not item level.

Thank you, Roady. I thought I had tried this but I'll look again. I

realize
what you're suggesting works on Windows files and folders; I'm just not
sure
about Outlook. Like I said, it's been some time since I looked at this so
I'll look again.
