Computer won't boot with new Windows XP

It worked for a week and have not been able to boot up
since yesterday. I have punched F8 and tried various ways
with no luck. ANy suggestions?
 
Try turning on the power?
We need more detail???
What does it do?
Does anything happen at all?
Try F5.
Keep tapping it straight after power on.
