Probably either the power supply or the monitor is effing up. Make sure
the monitor is plugged in well. Also, try another monitor. If no joy,
try a new power supply.

Hi,

Power off for 2 minutes, including unplugging it. Then power back on - do
you at least see the initial BIOS POST or splash screen? If not, then I
would suspect you may have a video card issue. If you have another system
available, move the monitor to eliminate its going bad as a potential
suspect. Also, when you power on are there any beeps coming from the
motherboard? Were there before (a single beep at boot is often normal)?
