Computer wants to shut down

If my screen saver is working and I move the mouse the desk top comes up and
on it it ask if I want to shut down or restart screen comes up? Why and how
do I fix that from coming up !!!

What settings (exactly) are you using via Screen Saver?

I have that marine aquarian software. and screen saver works okay, but, when
i go to the computer to use it and move the mouse to bring the desktop up, it
like I told the computer to shut down. That close down screen comes up
without me asking for it....

Again, what are your settings via Screen Saver? Not the screen saver
itself......
