Computer Shut Down problem

Whenever I shut down my computer I get a message it says that its dumping the
physical memory. After counting to 99-100 it shuts down and restarts by
itself. It also suggests to go to the SETUP and disable the Bios. But I can't
get it the Setup. Please help if you have any solution.

Hi,

Actually you wrote only that your system doesnt work correctly.
I assume that this an bluescreen - try to find log in Event Viewer (Control
Panel -> Maintenance and Performance) an STOP error event and put here
information from it (or info which is displayed when that memory is dumped).
Then will be simplier to find an solution for you.
