The drive might be defective. Did your computer come with any hardware
checking utilites? Can you boot the computer with your Windows XP CD?
You might have to go in the BIOS and set the Boot Order so that the CD
drive is the first boot device, after you do so try booting with the XP CD.

It's set to boot from the Cd drive first already. The Xp Cd has the same
problem continuous loop rebooting.

the Drive is not defective because it works 100% on other computers and I've
tried even a Differant drive.

Thnaks, Any other suggestions Please?

Inadequate POWER SUPPLY?
Loading from the CD activity causing reboot
because the power supply is loaded right to
the tipping point?

I use XP Home. Mine does the same thing. I know its not the hardware cause I
bought a new DVD/drive and it does the same thing. I doubt its a power supply
problem either cause everything is the same as new. I even tried new
software, but it tries to load itself then shuts off... Over and over....
Does anyone think it could be in the bios? Bought a new hard drive but the
drive won't let it boot cause it goes int shut down mode as soon a the drive
starts.

I had the same problem, after a lot of process debugging and searching the
net I fixed it by disabling my DVD-RAM_service in ControlPanel->Admin
Tools->Services.

If you have the same service I suggest you do the same.
