Computer Problems

Well when i first turn on my computer its starts fine but after i go to get on the internet or go to play any type of game my computer tower seems to take off like a loud car motor and it stays like that until i quit the game or get off the internet and its really loud and you can hear it pretty far from the computer to does anyone know why this happens? Thx for reading this and helping

sounds like the fans are temp controlled so when you do anything CPU intensive and the temps rise so does the fan speed
