Computer logon

I can't logon to my main computer. Computer boot-up into logon screen
ask for password, I enter password and massenge pop-up " The system can
not log you on now because the domain HALLWAY is not available" I have
tryed
F5, and F8 but thay do not help thay take me to logon screen. Please
help
(I am using XP Professional)

Did you setup a password on the Administrator account?

Is the computer still physically connected to the domain? Has the
computer's domain account been disabled or deleted?
