Computer keeps shutting down

Hello,

My other computer keeps shutting down. I boot up and log in OK then it
starts shutting down programs and then shuts down completely. I've had this
before but cannot remember what it was. I thought it might be Sasser or
Blaster virus but I have Windows XP SP2 installed and my firewall and
anti-virus software is fully up to date. I have been able to download the
removal tools and put it on the machine. I went into Safe Mode (which
doesn't shutdown) and run the tools, but they say they are not needed.

It started after installing updates from WindowsUpdate after installing SP2

Can anyone help?
