Could very well be a hardware error. Who makes it? Many large
companies (Dell, etc) have DOS-based diags for their machines...

Sure, which is why I suggested a DOS-based diag (or even leaving it up
at the BIOS setup screen) to see if it crashes with a different (or
no) OS.

OK, what happens if you leave it at the BIOS setup prompt for 1/2 hour
or so? It sounds like your CPU or power supply cooling fans have
given up, and the poor thing is overheating. You can open the case
and see if all the fans are turning, or if any of the heat sinks are
too hot to touch...

I keep getting something similiar - each time I start IE,
after a few minutes, I get a complete reboot. The log
error is a service missing WM_ - thoughts?
