That is usally a good indication that you have a virus or spyware program
running on your system. Try running a virus scan on your pc and then run
spybot to check for spyware.
This could be caused by software (malware) or hardware failure. There is
no way for anyone to give you focused help since you provided basically
no information. All you've told us is the equivalent of "my computer is
broken".
