Just recently, it is taking a couple of attempts to fire up my PC. The PC
reaches the window logo, then it goes no further, i therefore have to
restart. When i finally get into my PC, i click on an application (any one)
to open it and the whole PC freezes up, except for the mouse, that is still
able to move around my desktop freely. I am running Window XP Professional
and i have anti virus and Internet Security (Nortons) on my PC.
any help or guidance would be appreciated.
