Component out motherboard

I'm looking for a motherboard with onboard graphics and analogue
component out (RGB phono sockets) - either AMD 939 or capable of
supporting the Intel Duo chips. Priority is video playback - not games -
low noise (hence onboard with no fan) and low power consumption/heat.
Does anyone know of such a thing?

It's not socket 939 thoug, it's the new M2
Processor slightly cheaper (at least here in Finland, depending on where to
buy)
