complicated PST file

It is very difficult to handle PST files. Some times, the correspondence of
2 years back is required, will not be seen in the folder. But it will be in
the archive.pst. Bringing archive.pst back and..........selecting the old
file, and again bringing the normal folders back..... all of these things
cannot be handled unless the users are well trained.

If Microsoft can simplify this .PST similar to word document (*.doc), it
would be easy for us to save the file and open the file whenever required.
So we will have the flexibility in handling those individual files instead of
handling a huge *.pst file (limited to 2GB only). OR kindly give a software
to convert the PST files to any other format. So that we can refer the old
correspondence within no seconds.

The pst size is limited in pre OL2003 format.
You can keep Archive pst's open within OL
