Color printing problem

The color is not printing . It is not printing in greyscale. Anything
with color simply does not appear.
I am using an HP 1115. Properties show it is not set up for greyscale.
The color boxes are all checked in their appropriate places. I have
reinstalled and updated the drivers. Lastly, I turned off the
computer and printed a test page from the printer. This did not print
color either. Should I then conclude the problem is not within the
computer, but the printer?

Your conclusion is correct -- if a printer-generated test page does not
print correctly, the problem lies within your printer.

Pull the color ink cartridge and remove the pink tape. Reinsert the
cartridge.
